2. How to Apply for a Vietnam Visa on Arrival

Step 1: Complete the Online Vietnam Visa Application Form

• Fill out the Online Visa Application Form on E-Visa Vietnam [link to registration form] with your full name, nationality, passport number, passport expiration date, and entry and exit dates.
• Double-check all information to ensure there are no errors.
• Pay the service fee using a credit/debit card via OnePay/PayPal or Western Union.

Step 2: Receive the Visa Approval Letter via Email

After submitting the online form and payment, we will process your visa request with the Vietnam Immigration Department. Within a maximum of 2 working days (or 2-4 working hours if you choose our super urgent service), you will receive the visa approval letter along with an entry/exit form via email.

Print both the approval letter and the entry/exit form, fill out the form, prepare 2 passport photos, your original passport (valid for at least 6 months from the entry date), and the stamping fee in cash.

Step 3: Get Your Visa Stamped Upon Arrival at a Vietnam Airport

Upon landing at any international airport in Vietnam (including airports in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa, Da Lat, Can Tho, and Phu Quoc), go to the Visa on Arrival counter and present your visa approval letter, completed entry/exit form with photos attached, your original passport, and pay the stamping fee to get your visa stamped into your passport.

Note:

• The airport visa is only available for foreigners arriving in Vietnam by air. Travelers entering Vietnam by land or sea must contact the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate to obtain a visa before departure.
