• Refund: Evisa Vietnam accepts refunds in cases where the service is not provided as committed or due to errors from Evisa Vietnam. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid by the customer, minus the visa fees according to state regulations and other incurred costs.

• Service Cancellation: Customers cannot cancel the registered service after the payment is made on the website.

 

2. Refund Process

• Request Confirmation: Upon receiving the refund request, we will proceed to verify and confirm your request. This process may take 3-5 working days.

• Request Approval: If your request is approved, we will notify you via email about the acceptance of the service refund.

 

3. Refund Timeline

• Processing Time: The refund processing time is 7-10 working days from the date the refund request is approved by Evisa Vietnam.

• Refund Method: The refund amount will be transferred by Evisa Vietnam to the bank account provided by the customer via the email registered at the time of purchase.
