a) Purpose of Collecting Personal Information

  • Providing services to customers and management.
  • Using Consumer's personal information for the purpose of managing the Consumer database and promptly handling arising situations (if any).

b) Scope of Information Usage

  • Providing services to Consumers.
  • Sending notifications about information exchange activities between Consumers and Evisa Vietnam.
  • Preventing activities that destroy, hijack Consumer accounts, or impersonate Consumers.
  • Contacting and resolving complaints with Consumers.
  • Confirming and exchanging information about Consumer transactions at Evisa Vietnam.
  • In case of requests from competent state management agencies.

c) Information Storage Duration

Indefinite, except when the Consumer requests the Company’s Management Board to delete it.

d) Entities or Organizations that May Access the Information

The Consumer agrees that, when necessary, the following entities/organizations/individuals have the right to access and collect their personal information, including:

  • Management Board
  • Third parties integrating services with Evisa Vietnam
  • Competent state agencies when required by the operational regulations
  • Financial, legal advisors, and auditing companies
  • Complainants proving Consumer's violations
  • As required by competent state agencies

f) Methods and Tools for Consumers to Access and Edit Their Personal Data

  • Consumers have the right to request Evisa Vietnam to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information.
  • Consumers have the right to complain about their personal information being disclosed to third parties to Evisa Vietnam.
  • Upon receiving such feedback, Evisa Vietnam will verify the information, and must be responsible for providing an explanation and guiding Consumers to restore and secure their information.
  • Forms of receiving Consumer complaints:

g) Mechanism for Receiving and Resolving Consumer Complaints Related to Personal Information Being Used for Wrong Purposes or Beyond the Announced Scope

  • When discovering that their personal information is used for the wrong purposes or beyond the scope, Consumers can complain to the hotline 0902227715 or send an email to [email protected].
  • Upon receiving these feedbacks, we will verify the information, and if the complaint is found to be true, we will take timely action within 24 hours depending on the severity.

h) Commitment to Protecting Consumers' Personal Information

  • Consumers' personal information is committed to being absolutely confidential according to the personal information protection policy. Information collection and usage are only done with the Consumer’s consent, except in cases regulated by law.
  • Not using, transferring, providing, or disclosing Consumers' personal information to any third party without the Consumer's consent.
  • In the event that the information storage server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of Consumers' personal data, we will be responsible for informing the authorities for investigation and handling promptly and notifying the Consumers.
  • The Management Board requires individuals to provide full and accurate personal information such as name, email, phone number, etc., and be responsible for the legality of the provided information. The Management Board is not responsible for and does not resolve any complaints related to the interests of the Consumer if all the personal information provided at the initial registration is inaccurate.
