a) Service Processing Procedure and Delivery Methods

Order Confirmation: After the customer completes the service registration, Evisa Vietnam will send an order confirmation email, including details about the services the customer has registered.

Information Verification: Evisa Vietnam will check and verify the information provided by the customer, including personal information, passport information, and documents related to the visa within 02 working hours (Vietnam time). If there are any errors or omissions, Evisa Vietnam will contact the customer for timely adjustments. Customers are requested to promptly update the necessary information. In case of information adjustments, the order processing time is calculated from the time Evisa Vietnam confirms the handling of the order after verifying the customer's corrected information.

Order Processing: After confirming that all information is accurate and complete, Evisa Vietnam will proceed with processing the customer's order. This process includes submitting the visa application to the relevant authorities and tracking the processing progress (Vietnam time). The order processing time is based on the time Evisa Vietnam confirms the handling of the order and the type of service the customer selected when placing the order.

Visa Delivery: The electronic visa (e-visa) will be sent directly to the registered email of the customer after approval by the authorities. The customer only needs to print this e-visa and bring it when entering Vietnam.

  1. Order Status Notification:

    Continuous Updates: Throughout the order verification and processing, Evisa Vietnam will continuously update the customer's order status via the registered email. Additionally, customers can track the processing progress through the “Check Application Status” section on the Evisa Vietnam website (https://www.evisa-vietnam.vn) or Hotline (+84)902227529 for more details.

    Completion Notification: When the order processing is complete, Evisa Vietnam will send a notification of the results to the customer, including your visa information and necessary instructions.

  2. Feedback and Complaints:

    Customer Feedback: If the customer discovers any errors during the order processing, please contact Evisa Vietnam for timely support. Evisa Vietnam is committed to reviewing and resolving all customer feedback promptly.

    Complaint Handling Policy: If there are any complaints related to the services of Evisa Vietnam, you can submit a complaint request via Hotline (+84)902 227529 and Email: [email protected]. We will respond and handle it within 02 working hours (Vietnam time).
