Evisa Vietnam accepts online payments (Credit/Debit Card) and PayPal for all orders on the website (https://evisa-vietnam.vn/).

The payment currency is Vietnamese Dong (VND).

a) Service Processing Procedure and Delivery Methods

• Order Confirmation: After the customer completes the service registration, Evisa Vietnam will send an order confirmation email, including details about the services the customer has registered.

• Refund: Evisa Vietnam accepts refunds in cases where the service is not provided as committed or due to errors from Evisa Vietnam. The refund amount is based on the actual amount paid by the customer, minus the visa fees according to state regulations and other incurred costs.
